In cases where You have satisfied the conditions outlined on the product purchase page (fully committing, welcoming change, and listening daily for at least 19 consecutive days), contact us within 30 days for your money back (one order per customer).

As our products are digital goods delivered by internet download and it's impossible to "return", we only offer refunds and only when the outlined conditions are satisfied.
